Welcome Elder Mariquele!
We finally received another native speaker to help all of us English speakers here in Angola. Elder Mariquele, from Mozambique, arrived from the Brazil MTC. He was tired, but ready and willing to serve anywhere he was called. So we fed him, trained him, let him have a good nights sleep and then sent him on another airplane to the city of Lubango, to be trained in that beautiful city by Elder Davis. At the airport he was able to meet a few of the other missionaries like Elders Anhanha, Richter, Hobbs, Eckman, and Borden. Bem vindo Elder Mariquele to this great mission area in Angola!

Cannot wait to read more updates on Elder Mariquele! When i first found him and began teaching him, he said he had been coming to church with his friend for 2 weeks and said church made him stop yelling at his brothers and hitting them, and then after our lesson he came with us to our next lesson and bore his testimony to another investigator about how our investigator needed to come to church and it would change his life. He is gold!
